Apps in a snap: Deviled Egg Cups. Here's what you'll need: 1 box mini phyllo shells, 4 hard-boiled eggs, 2 tbsp. mayo, 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice, and hot smoked paprikia. Crisp shells in 350 degrees oven for 5 minutes, that let cool. Add 4 hard boiled eggs, 2 tbsp. mayo and 2 tbsp. lemon juice to a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Puree until smooth.
