Desserts in a snap: Chocolate Mousse Sundaes. Here's what you'll need: 1 1/3 cup chilled heavy cream, 7 oz. bittersweet chocolate, 2 1/2 tbsp. honey, 2 bananas, 1/3 cup salted peanuts, and 4 maraschino cherries. Add 7 oz. of chocolate and 1/2 cup cream to a bowl. Microwave until soft, about 30 seconds. Whisk in 2 1/2 tbsp. hney until smooth. Set aside 1/4 cup of sauce. Whip 1/2 cup cream. Fold in chocolate sauce. Freeze until firm, at least 15 minutes. Whip remaining cream. Place 2 bananas slices in the dish and layer mousse, cream, sauce, peanuts and cherries.
