Make a super snack that'll satisfy you during breakfast and snacktime for the entire week with these DIY fruit bars.
Snacks in a snap: Fruity Cereal Bars. Here's what you'll need: 1/3 cup agave syrup, 3 cups puffed rice cereal, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 3/4 cup cashews, 1 cup dried cherries, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Line an 8 inch square pan with greased parchment paper. Heat 1/3 cup agave syrup, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp. butter until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir in 3 cups cereal, 3/4 cup cashews, 1 cup dried cherries and 1/2 tsp salt. Pour and press mixture into pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. For more recipes and tips go to RachaelRayMag.com.
