Apps in a snap: Shrimp Salad "Spoons". Here's what you'll need: 1 thinly sliced scallion, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, 2 tbsp. mayo, 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil, and 24 endive leaves. Mix 1 sliced scallion, 2 tbsp. mayo, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp. sesame oil. Fold in 1/2 lb. of cooked shrimp. Spoon mix onto endive leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
