Desserts in a snap: Poppyseed Cake Balls. Here's what you'll need: 4 tbsp. butter (at room temp.), 1/2 lemon zested and juiced, 1/2 cup powder sugar, 8 oz. angel food cake, and 3 tbsp. poppyseeds. Beat 4 tbsp. butter until light and fluffy. Mix in lemon zest and juice. Mix in 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Stir in cake crumbles. Roll into 1-inch balls. Coat with poppyseeds.
