Desserts in a snap: Pomegranate Sorbet. Here's what you'll need: 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup water, 1 lemon juiced, 3 cups pomegranate juice. Simmer 3/4 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar for 10 minutes until reduced to 3/4 cup. Combine sugar syrup with 3 cups pomegranate juice and the juice of one lemon. Process in ice cream maker.
