Apps in a snap: Parmesan Crackers. Here's what you'll need: 1 cup parmesan, 3/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. EVOO, and pepper. Mix 2/3 cup cheese, 3/4 cup flour, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, and 1/4 tsp. salt in a food processor. Add 1/4 cup water and 2 tbsp. EVOO and pulse to form a dough. Roll out dough on a floured 11x14 inch baking sheet. Poke holes in dough with a fork. Top dough with remaining EVOO, cheese, and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 17 minutes, then break into pieces.
