Apps in a snap: Edamame Hummus. Here's what you'll need: 1 clove garlic, 1 16 oz. bag shelled edamame, 3 tbsp. tahini, 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. EVOO, and 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice. Using food processor, chop 1 clove garlic. Add 16 oz. edamame, 3 tbsp. tahini, 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. EVOO, 1/4 cup water, and 3 tbsp. lemon juice to processor. Puree until smooth.
