Who doesn't love freshly made guacamole? Well, maybe someone who doesn't like avocado, but otherwise, it's so delicious and how easy. Basically it's just mashed avocado. Slice your avocado lengthwise. Twist it open. Smack the blade of a knife into the pith to remove it then just pull it out and then flack the handle of the knife on the edge of your garbage can or sink. Scrape out the avocado flesh with a spoon getting deep into it. Now take a fork and mash away. Now add a couple of those delicious ingredients to season it up. You're gonna take 1 Serrano chili, minced, 1 small garlic clove, minced, 2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion, 2 tablespoons finely chopped seeded tomato, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, 2 to 3 teaspoons fresh lime juice, and a half teaspoon of salt. Now here's where you get creative. Swap any chili for the Serrano, use any color of onion, use parsley instead of cilantro, and you can even get wackier. Try mango. Go Italian with sundried tomatoes or go fire alarm style. Add ground chili powder, Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce. Go for it. Now eat it right out of the bowl you made it in.
