Behind-the-Scenes: Thanksgiving

Every year, we start working on our Thanksgiving issue months in advance. In addition to our test kitchen testing every single, recipe -- even the pet recipe! -- we also sent all seven of our Thanksgiving menus out to real-life testers. One perk of starting the issue early though is making a Thanksgiving turkey in August...yum!
