A: Go simple! We love the sweet and toasty charred flavor that corn gets when it's exposed directly to the flame (no husk, soaking or foil involved). Summer corn is juicy and tender enough on its own, so soaking in the husks is a waste of time. And wrapping it in foil means less smoky grilled taste and none of the gorgeous browned spots like the ones at right.
