Spread a piece of toasted white bread with chunky peanut butter and another with honey. Sandwich with sliced banana and bacon.
Toss sliced bell pepper, red onion and cooked sausage with salt and pepper. Roll into a large flour tortilla with American cheese. (For an extra-yummy treat, wrap in foil and heat in the oven.)
Hot Wing Sandwich:
Toss pulled rotisserie chicken with chopped celery, hot sauce and salt. Spread both sides of a soft sandwich roll with blue cheese dressing; sandwich with the chicken mixture.
Fiesta Turkey Wrap:
Combine equal parts sour cream and salsa; spread on a large flour tortilla. Top with sliced turkey, avocado and shredded lettuce, then roll up.
Split a 6-inch baguette; slather the bottom half with mustard, then layer with sliced apple, cheddar cheese and the top baguette half.
Stir chopped shallots, a chopped hard-boiled egg, a squeeze of lemon juice and some olive oil into canned tuna. Sandwich between pumpernickel toast with a boston lettuce leaf.
Spread honey mustard on one side of a split, toasted croissant; top with sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickle and the top croissant half.
Top one half of a bagel with mozzarella cheese and toast both halves in the oven until the cheese melts. Spread the plain half with prepared basil pesto, then top with sliced tomato and the cheesy half.
Mix ketchup into tartar sauce and spread on both halves of a split, toasted brioche or hamburger roll; sandwich cooked fish sticks and green leaf lettuce between the roll halves.
Veggie Platter Pita:
Toss shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes and shredded romaine lettuce with your favorite dressing and stuff into a pita pocket.
