To save leftovers, cover these potpies with plastic wrap and freeze for up to four months. To reheat, discard the plastic wrap, cover each potpie with foil and bake at 375°F for one hour; uncover and bake 15 minutes longer the biscuit crust is lightly browned and the meat filling is heated through.
BISCUIT-CRUSTED SAUSAGE-EGG PIE
Wrap leftover baked pie in foil and freeze. Thaw in the refrigerator, then heat, tented with foil, in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
