Makes: 1 servings

  • 1 1/2 cups leftover fresh herbs
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Puree all ingredients and freeze in an ice cube tray. (Mixture wont fill whole tray, but fill each cube to the top.) Throw cubes in hot pasta, soup or risotto, or defrost and drizzle over grilled chicken.
