Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 2 ounces Campari
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce Champagne or Prosecco, chilled
  • 1 lemon wedge (optional)

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Campari, gin and vermouth; shake until chilled. Pour into a chilled Champagne glass until two-thirds full. Top with the Champagne and stir; garnish with the lemon wedge.
