- Pluot slices
- 1 sheet of prepared puff pastry
- Sugar
- Sliced almonds
- Ground ginger
- Butter
- Arrange slices of pluot on a sheet of prepared puff pastry and sprinkle with sugar, sliced almonds and ground ginger; dot with butter and bake.
