Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons meringue powder
  • 1 1 pound box  (about 4 cups) confectioners' sugar, sifted
Directions
  1. Using a standing mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat together the meringue powder and 6 tablespoons warm water until frothy. Add the confectioners' sugar and beat at medium speed until blended. Increase the speed to high and beat until the icing is thick and glossy, about 5 minutes.
