  • Raspberries
  • Granulated sugar
  • Ricotta
  • Store-bought crepe
  • Confectioners' sugar

Directions

  • Mash raspberries with granulated sugar and stir into ricotta; spread on a store-bought crepe and roll up to enclose. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
