Sweet & Sour Mini Meatballs

Makes: 10 servings

  • Chili sauce
  • Grape jelly
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  1. Skip the parmesan. Sub ground beef for the meat mix. Roll into mini meatballs. In a large saucepan, whisk 1 cup each chili sauce and grape jelly with 2 tbsp. soy sauce. Add the meatballs, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.
