- Thick slices of italian bread
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Fresh ricotta
- Orange zest
- Crushed pistachios
- Brush thick slices of italian bread with plenty of extra-virgin olive oil. Thread onto skewers and grill until golden. Slather fresh ricotta on one side and sprinkle with orange zest and crushed pistachios.
