Ingredients
  • Thick slices of italian bread
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Fresh ricotta
  • Orange zest
  • Crushed pistachios
Directions
  1. Brush thick slices of italian bread with plenty of extra-virgin olive oil. Thread onto skewers and grill until golden. Slather fresh ricotta on one side and sprinkle with orange zest and crushed pistachios.
