Pretzels with Cheesy Beer Dip

- 1/4cup lager beer
- 6 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Warm soft pretzels
- In a medium saucepan, heat beer over medium heat. Stir in cheddar cheese, flour and mustard until hot and smooth. Serve with pretzels.
