Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, quartered
  • Two 10-ounce boxes frozen peas, thawed

Directions:

  1. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until golden, 1 to 2 minutes, then add the peas. Season with salt and pepper and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
