Cheers to this tasty dessert, inspired by the original green Grasshopper cocktail.

Ingredients:

3 brownies
1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
6 tablespoons crème de menthe
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Swap it
Replace the brownies with crushed chocolate cookies or shortbread.

Directions:

Crumble the brownies and divide among 4 martini glasses. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in each glass. Pour the crème de menthe over the ice cream, and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
