Makes: 4 servings

  • 3/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  1. In pot, cook raisins, syrup and cinnamon over low, 3 minutes. In large pan, simmer milk and 3 cups water, then add oats and cook, stirring, 3 minutes. Serve with syrup mixture and nuts.
