Yield: 8 sliders

  • 8 slices   bacon, halved
  • 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar
  • 8 potato slider rolls
  • Mayo
  • Ketchup
  • Pickles
  1. In skillet, cook bacon over medium until crisp. Form meat into 8 patties. Season patties; cook 2 minutes over medium heat. Flip and top with cheese and bacon. Cover; cook 2 minutes. Layer patties and toppings in rolls.
