Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/3 cup fresh corn
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 6 grilled sausages
Directions
  1. In bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar and salt; mix in cheese and corn. Stir in cream. Spoon 6 mounds onto parchment-lined pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with sausages.
