  • 2 1/2 cups gin
  • 4 chamomile tea bags
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 4 12 ounce cans  seltzer, chilled
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh lime juice (10-12 limes)
  • Ice
  • Lime rounds, for garnishing
  1. In a pitcher, combine the gin, tea bags and cloves and let sit for 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Strain the mixture into a punch bowl; discard the tea bags and cloves. Add the seltzer and lime juice. Serve in ice-filled glasses garnished with the limes.
