- 1 whole wheat flour tortilla (8 inch)
- 3 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 1 banana, slied
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Using tongs, heat tortilla on one side over stovetop burner until hot and slightly charred, 10 seconds. Spread peanut butter over warm tortilla, then top with banana slices, yogurt and honey. Roll up, burrito-style.
