Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup chopped shallots
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons EVOO
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 5 ounces fresh spinach
  • 3 5 ounce cans  tuna, drained
  • 1 cup basil, chopped
  • 1 pound shell pasta, cooked, plus 1 cup reserved pasta water
Directions
  1. In skillet, cook shallots and garlic in 2 tbsp. EVOO, 1 minute. Add tomatoes and capers; cook 5 minutes. Fold in remaining ingredients.
