Makes: 6 servings

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 head  iceberg, town into bite-size pieces
  • 1 carrot, shaved
  1. In blender, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, ginger, sesame seeds, soy sauce and sugar; refrigerate. Divide lettuce, carrot and dressing among plates.
