Makes: 4 servings

  • 12 ounces green beans
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 8 kalamata olives, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
  • 2 ounces crumbled feta
  1. In large pan of boiling water, cook green beans, 4 minutes; drain. In skillet, heat EVOO over medium. Add tomatoes, olives, garlic and rosemary; cook 3 minutes. Toss with beans. Sprinkle with feta.
