Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 6 ounces steaks
Directions
  1. In skillet, cook peppers in 3 tbsp. EVOO over medium-high, 5 minutes. Mix in bowl with 3 tbsp. EVOO and next 4 ingredients. Cook steaks in remaining EVOO over medium- high, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Top with relish.
