  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs
  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium- high heat until hot enough to sizzle a drop of water. Add butter; tilt the pan to coat. Break 1 egg into a small bowl. Carefully pour it into the skillet. Using the same method, add 3 more eggs to the pan.
  2. Lower the heat to low; cook the eggs until the whites begin to set and the yolks are still runny, about 6 minutes.
