Ingredients
  • 5 cups fresh pineapple cubes
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 16.3 ounce package  biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 2 teaspoons rum
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Mix pineapple and orange juice. Sprinkle biscuits with 1 tbsp. cinnamon-sugar; bake 15 minutes. Whisk cream, 2 tbsp. cinnamon-sugar and rum to soft peaks. Split biscuits; fill with pineapple and cream.
