Makes: 4 servings

  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 pound steamed bok choy
  • Cooked rice
  1. In resealable bag, mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Add pork; marinate 20 minutes. In skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil over medium-high. Press seeds into pork on both sides. Cook, turning, 10 minutes. Serve with bok choy and rice.
