Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients
  • 3 pitas, split horizontally
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees . Cut pitas into wedges; brush insides with EVOO. Put on 2 baking sheets. Top with pears, cheese and rosemary. Bake 10 minutes.
