Bombay Breakfast
Makes: 2 servings
- 1 3/4cups almond milk
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1/4teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cup diced mango
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- In pot, bring almond milk to simmer. Add oats, salt and cardamom; cook 1 minute. Top with mango and brown sugar.
