Makes: 10 servings

Ingredients
  • 1 cup manchego cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup asiago cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons panko
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees . Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. In medium bowl, toss together either manchego and smoked paprika, or asiago, bacon and panko. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. cheese mixture into 3-inch round on one baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture, making 5 crisps per pan. Bake, switching pans halfway through cooking, until edges are golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes on tray before removing from pan with spatula. Serve as snacks.
