Holiday Shrimp on Ice
Makes: 6 servings
- Lemon slices
- Cooked shrimp
- Cocktail sauce
- Fill 9 or 10-inch tart pan or pie dish half full with water. Add a few lemon slices and place flat in freezer. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. Top with cooked shrimp and small bowl of cocktail sauce. To complete the ice-rink homage, add on a few plastic skater figurines.
