Reindeer Treat
Makes: 6 servings
- 4 1/2cups toasted rice cereal, such as Rice Chex
- 1/4cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1/2teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 cups yogurt-covered pretzels, broken into pieces
- 1 1/2cups dried cranberries
- Place toasted rice cereal in large bowl. In small, microwavable bowl, melt peanut butter, butter and salt on high for 1 minute. Add vanilla; stir until smooth. Pour mixture over cereal and mix to coat. Spoon mixture into large resealable bag. Add confectioners' sugar, seal bag and shake to coat. Mix with yogurt- covered pretzels and dried cranberries. Store in airtight container.
