Applesauce Chutney
Yield: 4 cups
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 24 ouncejar chunky applesauce
- 1/4cup golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon minced crystallized ginger
- 1/2teaspoon fresh thyme
- In large pan over medium, cook onion in butter until softened, 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cook 3 minutes, then season. Serve with pork.
