Blended Bellinis
Makes: 6 servings
- 1 1/2cups peach sorbet
- 1 1/2cups frozen sliced peaches, partially thawed
- 1 1/2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 bottle (750ml) prosecco, chilled
- Using blender, puree sorbet, peaches and lemon juice; divide among 6 glasses. Pour 12 cup prosecco into each; stir gently.
