Makes: 4 servings
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted salted pistachios
- 1 cantaloupe, cut into wedges
- Mix together yogurt, honey, ginger and pinch salt in small bowl. Place nuts in another small bowl. At the table, dip cantaloupe wedges in yogurt sauce, then nuts.
