Creamy Avocado-Cilantro Dip
Yield: 1-1/4 cups
- 2 avocados, pitted and chopped
- 1/2cup sour cream
- 1/4cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Using food processor, puree avocados, sour cream, cilantro and lime juice; season. Serve dip with crudites, tortilla chips or crackers.
