- Green Cabbage Coleslaw
- 1 diced mango
- 1 cup sliced small radish
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1 handful chopped fresh parsley
- Cook Green Cabbage Coleslaw.
- Add 1 diced mango and 1 cup sliced small radish to the prepared green cabbage. Halve the amount of carrots. When making the dressing, use fresh lemon juice instead of the vinegar. Replace the caraway seeds with 1 handful chopped fresh parsley.
