  • 1 1/3 cups raw unsalted pistachios (5oz)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons (or more) EVOO
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees . Spread the pistachios on a parchment-lined baking sheet; toast for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Transfer the nuts to a mini food processor and process until finely chopped. Blend in the honey and salt, then blend in the EVOO until smooth.
