Carrot-Apple-Ginger Smoothies
Makes: 4 servings
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 3/4cup apple juice
- 1/2cup plain yogurt
- 1/2teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- In a blender, puree ice, carrot juice, apple juice, yogurt and ginger, until smooth. Divide among glasses.
