Makes: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 head bok choy, sliced
  • 3 cups chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 cup shredded gruyere
  • 1/2 cup panko
Directions
  1. In dutch oven, melt butter over medium. Add bok stems, onion and garlic; season; cook 15 minutes. Stir in flour. Add bok leaves and half-and-half; cook 3 minutes. Stir in cheese. Spread in greased 9-by-13-inch dish; top with panko. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
