- 1/2 cup creme de menthe liqueur
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 2 pints french vanilla ice cream
- Store-bought whipped cream in a container
- Add a splash of creme de menthe to each of 4 ice cream dishes or glasses, then add a few raspberries, a scoop of ice cream and another splash of liqueur. Top with a whipped cream swirl.
