Makes: 4 servings

  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Salt & pepper
  • 10 cups chopped green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  1. Heat EVOO in large pot over medium. Add onion, garlic and 1/4 tsp. salt; cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add cabbage and cook 5 minutes. Add broth, cover and cook until almost dry, about 10 minutes. Off heat, stir in 2/3 cup cheese. Serve with remaining cheese and pepper.
